So I'm completely new to all this, just starting out. Bought myself a Boardman FS. Its in great condition. When I bought it the fella told me that the suspension might need air in to adjust to my weight? Well basically when I sit on the bike the rear suspension pretty much closes completely. I've heard that it needs to be around 10%.. Ive tried pumping it up with a normal handpump but I just cant get it to withstand my weight? Any help would be much appreciated as I don't want to be taking it the bikeshop every time I get a little hiccup! oh and im about 12 stone if this helps, do I need a proper rear suspension pump or? Its a rock shox monarch I think :/

Thanks!
Rhys
