Morning fags,

Off to work I go. Only in for 4 hours but the fact it is still night time offends me.

Missus is off work today so instead of doing anything fun, we'll be doing something together.

Woke up absolutely shattered, though I think I slept well? :?
Today the boss isn't in, but it's been quiet for a while, we're just pottering on with stuff.

Later, I'm off to watch Bury Vs Oxford. A win is much needed.

    Morning homos.

Slightly less meh feeling today, possibly because we have no boss today, unfortunately though I have to train one of our QS's how to use our estimating software so the meh pretty much balances itself out

Onwards to work and tea :)

    Morning pond life,

Yesterday was good watching Chekski beat City. Now stuck on an overcrowded late running train ready to get on to my little hamster wheel for the day. I should have pedalled but I'm too farking knackered after yesterdays effort. Only half an hour till coffee....

    Good morning scuttlers

Another day off, another 6am wakeup in my quest to get chairs, I have sourced a couple of antique ones at a good price but the bloody shop has been closed every day I've been to buy them, and I'm determined not to let them beat me now!

Apres ca as they say in frogland I shall be procrastinating, maybe disappearing into the loft to remove my junk and then taking racing Ralph for a jog around the locality.

    Morning crudders....

4 hours at work then off home to pack for my works trip, leave at 5pm and arrive at my hotel about midday tomorrow, just as well I sleep in cars/planes or it would be very boring!

    Morning Mongs.

Work and then School meeting until at least 8pm tonight so double meh. May possibly get out on the bike afterwards if the threatened rain fails to materialise.

  • Morning.

    ICT galore in school. Bored.

Picked up my new cranks from the post office this morning, as i had a bit of free time in school. I didnt realise the box would be so big. Now ive got a massive box half sticking out of my bag for the rest of the day. Theres no point of me taking the cranks and bb out the box as the axle is as wide as the box anyway, so it still wont fit.Everyone is going to be looking at me all weird and asking me what it is for the whole day

I need food in a bit. Going to grab some before lunch because id be dead by lunch. Had no brekky!

Morning Hairies, another day of work meh to look forward to. Still waiting to hear whether I got either of the two internal vacancies I applied for last month.

In other news, I've booked a trip to Italy in August to ride the Stelvio, Gavia, etc. Fark me, Italy is expensive though!

So you thought the box would be smaller than the cranks it contains?

In other news playing with what new bike to have in the summer, can get a new dune xr bargain priced but i hate that Fox fork... if i could line up a buyer so i could replace with a pike i'd be in pure win.

    Afternoon all,
Another dull day in paradise. I just had the excitement of walking to Sainsbury's and buying some scoff. This really is the aris end of Chav City.
Stevo you may want to pedal in for the next couple of days if the tube strike carries on, but the weather is pants tomorrow. Should we blame Gazlar?

I was sort of hoping that he's a genius who'd discovered how to vary relationships between dimensions and prove most of known physics wrong, but I guess you're right and he's just a retard.

There is still hope! I've heard rumors of a person that not only can, but regularly defies laws of physics by fitting larger objects in a smaller area. I even heard he's related to said person.

I didnt say it was exactly the same width did i? And where did you see me imply that i was expecting the box to smaller than the contents.

I was just expecting it to be packaged more tightly. There is a huge amount of space in there, but it is well "presented". (Maybe the packaging is bit bigger because it comes with a BB and i dont think they always do?) In a way its good that im keeping the packaging because im not even using the cranks til the summer.

    Is it, b****cks.

Maybe roadies stay in expensive places - one of the cheapest holidays I've had was at the bottom of the Splugen Pass in Val Chiavenna - cost two tenths of f**k all, and the scenery was awesome. Had a cheap skiing holiday to Sauze d'oulx, too. Turin was a bargain, an' all.

    Evenin' wasters

Back from work and just hanging around till I go out again tonight. Work is a bit of mare at the moment, but as soon as folk make up their mind what really matters (simple things like 'yes, we will sell you 30k of welding kit') I expect things to improve. Before then, there is always coffee and swearing!

    Onwards!

I'm pedalling tomorrow and sod the weather. Thursday is beer night so will just have to walk a bit. I am in the mood to put a price on Bob 'leftie***t' Crow's head though.

I should have asked you to book it for me then! What sort of place did you stay in? Hotel, hostel, campsite? TBH the ten days in the mountains is reasonable but the 7 days aftewards on Lake Como have bankrupted me. I was amazed how many places were fully booked already.
