72 vs 73 degrees

On a bike with an effective top tube of 520mm what is the difference in toe clearance with 73 and 72 degree head angle?
On a race bike what is better?
Is one degree noticeable?

    Not enough information as there are other variables such as seat-tube angle and fork rake too. The key dimension in terms of toe clearance is front-centre, the distance from the centre of the BB to the front wheel axle. In terms of the impact of a one-degree change in HTA, you also need to know fork offset and the impact on trail:
