Seized Rock Shox Dart 3 forks hydrolock ?

My Rockhopper Rock Shox Dart 3 forks are now pretty much totally seized.

After storing the bike upside down for a while, they bounced once, then nothing.
Assume that I have hydrolock with fluid leaked into the lower chamber.

So I am guessing this is a full dismantle - seal replacement - refill job.

    work the compresion lever abaout 20 times and see what happens.

    MoCo cartridge?

    My Dart 3's did the same yertez, I ended up upgrading to a set of Reba's from Merlin in the end, improved the Rockhopper no end :)
