Can anyone help that's flown with easyjet since they introduced allocated seats please?

I've not paid the extra to book a specific seat, just wondering at what point I'll be allocated one, is it allocated as part of online check in or done at the airport?

Had a quick look through their site but can't find the relevant info.

When you book online/via travel agent, you/they can print off a Boarding Card. They say that this is so you don't have to check in at the airport but that's crap. The upside is that you will get a seat number.
4 of us traveled out (last Friday) to Barcelona via Fleasy Jet, but we got split up but we are together on the way back.

Thanks, will see if I like the seat I get when I check in, otherwise I believe it's still possible to pay and pick a seat later on. Just don't want to get stuck in the middle seat of 3 with people I don't know on either side....

Liar, that's just what you told the missus but you deliberately got yourself sat away from the family so you could get a few crafty drinks in and ogle the trolley dolly

Nah bollox. Had to drive this end 80kms. I wouldn't have minded except someone stuck the steering wheel on the passenger side - hard to reach with my short legs. My little one went for free - strapped on my lap! 2hrs 15mins of wriggling, She didn't wriggle one bit
