Rear mech flicking forwards under power

So fitted a brand new chain and cassette to my trusty old hard tail. Checked the gearing, made some minimal adjustments and all seems fine on the bike stand.

However when pedalling the bike I can only describe it like the chain has a stiff link as the rear mech keeps flicking forward on every revolution. I've checked the chain and it appears fine, I've also replaced the rear mech but it hasn't made any difference

I'm pretty stumped, any help would be appreciated

Flicking (f-l-i-c-k-i-n-g) gets picked up for some reason. I pointed it out ages ago butnothing happened.

Itz probably because that word spelt in all caps looks lkke a swear word, maybe the filter isn't csse sensitive!
