Superstar headsets come with a crown race?

I need to buy a new headset for a winter project bike. Im looking at buying this: http://superstar.tibolts.co.uk/product_ ... cts_id=114
Theres no mention if it comes with a crown race (which I need). Has anyone else bought a superstar headset and had it come with one?
Or any other suggestions for a decent headset? Semi integrated, 1-1/8.

The crown race is part of the headset. If it does not come with one it can not work.
