Trek Domane (a big one) & Bike Box

Mate is travelling to Spain with me in March, needs a bike box. He's a big lad and rides a 62cm Trek Domane. Anyone know if any of the popular bike boxes will accommodate that size of bike. Suspect the seat mast may be an issue. Cheers.
