How can riders still get done for EPO these days. Doesn't it only stay in the system for 4 hours ?

I believe it depends on how much you take, and the steps you take to mask it (like the whole 'drinking loads of water' thing).
Taken correctly and in a small enough dose, the chances of getting caught are not great. But the folks that get caught mostly seem to lack proper 'guidance' in how to take it (e.g., riders from small teams, etc).0 -
