Not sure if it's been posted before, but this video from the university of california, tho' quiet long about an hour gives a lot of detail about all aspects of the bike fit from initial interview to conclusion of a bikefit. Anyone thinking about a bike fit it's worth watching as you'll be better prepared once you get into fitting studio (especially retul)
