    Thanks for the reply mate ...i ended up ordering both i will try the Tripeak one first as you say its the more removable of the two and see how i get on with it .

    Some makes advice on press-fit sleeves is that they are irreversible and that installation means that shell could be out of spec if planning to go back to BB30. Fine if you're never planning to go back.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
