Can anyone help me find some new cycling trousers please ?
I’m looking for something cheap and lightweight which tightens around the ankles (to avoid snagging the chain) with some zipper pockets. Ideally some ordinary cargo-type walking trousers made of nylon would be fine but a bit tighter around the ankles.
I looked on CRC, wiggle, mountain warehouse, cotswolds etc but no joy so far. Any ideas gratefully received – thank you !

I bought some mountain warehouse walking trousers (stretchy) and sewed in a popper at the bottom of the leg.0

Howies have some cycling chinos on sale at the moment for about 40 quid knocked down from 70.
