Anyone used the above distributor for KS products/spares? I've been trying to source a new under seat lever for my KS i900 dropper for several weeks now and have been given a multitude of excuses to the point that I'm thinking of buying one from the US or Germany. Its not like its an expensive part after all........

Jungle do not deal with the public.
Contact one of their dealers who is close to you."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I've tried contacting suppliers of KS spares and they told me to go direct to Jungle. I've spoken to them on the phone (twice now), ordered said part I require, paid for it and have now been waiting for several weeks for it to be sent out. I understand they are a distributor but they don't seem able to complete a simple transaction hence my frustration.
Have you dealt with them?

Jungle aren't the best at predicting stock demand in my experience, and KS aren't good at stocking in bits either. Between them you'll have a loooonnnnng wait I reckon. Better off buying from Germany.A Flock of Birds

I found they were fine to deal with when I needed some new bolts for my KS Lev. Phone conversation was quick and straight forward and item arrived within a few days.
I'd ring them up again and check they actually have the item in stock if not try one of the German mail order shops.0 -
Had an email response today. Item is on its way to them and should be with them imminently. I'm working at home Friday so will phone them directly (again) to see whats what.......

Jungle is next door to Stif Cycles, they have staff who work for both outfits, so ring Stif if you get no joy!0
