Sideways Play on Rockshox Reverb

I got my reverb today which I've just fitted to my bike and I noticed that there is a little sideways play around the clamp and rails, is this normal?

    Mine has a little play too, as does my mates, so does my mates ks lev. Make sure you do the seat clamps up tight as I have read they arent the best (the top half of the clamp is only half length of the bottom bit along the rails)

    Apparently it's normal on dropper posts, I don't have one so I wouldn't know though

    A small amount of play is normal. :)
