1st post so please be gentle. :?
I've got £600ish to buy a new Hardtail MTB.
I've narrowed it down to the following-

Cube Analog 29er
Voodoo Bizango 29er
Cannondale Trail 29er 5

And also the
Boardman Comp HT 650B

the boardman nipped in at the last moment.
You opinions on the above will be greatly received.
Ta,
BigDell

Voodoo bizango won bike of the year and hard tail of the year from mbr, and got 4.5/5 stars from mbuk... Go for that
Cube is a bit too racy
    Cannondales are crap
Boardman is good, but IMO not as good as the oodoo

Bizango - best spec for the price, winner in tests by all the main mags for bikes at that price point.

Have you considered a Rockrider 8.1? £550, very well specced and regarded. It is, however, a 26er and it seems you're looking for larger wheel sizes.

Of the ones you've listed, I'd have the Bizango.

Tried the Bizango today. I've quite a short inside leg and the Bizango was just to big, on tiptoes and nuts still squashed on crossbar.
Question am I going to find this with all of the 29er's?

Did you try a smaller frame size? Sounds like a very obvious question, I know, but still.

I tried the smallest frame size they did in the Bizango
I'm going to have a look at a couple more 27.5 bike today to see if they're a better fit..

Not sure what you mean by a "bit too racy"?? :?:
