Headset advice needed

The headset on my 2006 Spesh Roubaix S-works has seen better days and needs replacing. Hoping I can fit a Cane Creek one but which one do I need? I only have a 10 mm spacer so can't take too much extra in height.

The forks are 1 1/8 inch.

Any assistance welcomed.
