Hi

Does anyone have any experience of dealing with EMC Warranties? I was wondering how long I should expect them to take sorting my frame out.

    Not dealt with them on the warranty, but I have sent them a few emails to ask questions about parts. Very long response times and not helpful at all.

    My EMX5 developed a tiny crack by the gear hanger in late 2012.
    I called the shop - Epic Cycles, who are by no means local to me - where I bought it from, they contacted I-ride, who import Merckx, and they passed it on to Belgium.
    They asked me to submit a series of photos, authorised a replacement and I had a new frame on my doorstep six days after discovering the fault.
    I'd say that was pretty good.
