Finally fitted a new tyre to the back of the commuter yesterday.

9,800 miles - one puncture.

    Never found them difficult to be honest, be that the 38 on the hybrid few years back, or the 25's on my first SS bike or 28's on the wife's hybrid.

    Just use hands, no zip ties or levers only takes a few mins to be fair I've strong hands from various jobs/life and well genetics.

    I've just fitted the same (see fettling thread). No zip ties. A bit of swearing.

    And I got a black mark for breaking Rule 40. =/
