Storing a bike in Mallorca - Pollenca

I'm going out to Pollenca for a week in April and now thinking about also having a week in March. with the small gap between them it seems daft to pack up my bike and fly it home and out again when I've got other bikes to use here so was thinking about storing it out there. Will save on flight costs and also the worry of baggage handler brutality!

Does anyone know of any options for leaving a bike safely for about a month out there please, preferably near Pollenca?

    I don't know about Pollenca. But I was talking to a cyclist in a bar in Can Pastilla who travels out regularly. He leaves his bike in a bike shop. They charge him £40 a year and includes a service. Seemed a good deal to me and worth asking.
    I don't know if he sticks a wicker basket on the front and hires it out to Germans while the owner is away though.
    Trouble with that of course is you have to stay in the same place all the time otherwise you're stuck getting across the Island to retrieve your bike and take it back.

    Nearer to you, you could ask Pedro at niu Wave which is the Alcudia end of the bay of Pollenca road
    Fitter....healthier....more productive.....

    Spoke to the guy who organises the 2nd camp and he's got a contact out there with some sort of facility for storing bikes. Apparently several people leave a bike out there year round so hopefully I should be able to chuck mine in for a month for a small charge.

    Great let us know. I'm out there next Friday so may check out a few shops. I'm in Arenal though. Somehere near the airport would be good for me. I use to leave my bike at my sisters who lived on the Island but she sold up.

    Try Berganti Bikes. Just down the road for you.

    I am there in 10 days. They always are very helpful. Huge storage area.

    If your options fall throughh im in sa pobla just up the road your more than welcome to leave it in my house here with mine for free.
