What do I need to go tubeless?

Hi guys I've just received my 2013 Cannondale jekyll 3 with shimano mt68 wheels and I want to go tubeless so I have ordered a bottle of stans sealant along with a pair of stans valve's. I have seen two different methods for going tubeless one requires just sealant and valves while the other requires rim tape and strips.

The wheels have UST stickers on them.
My tires are WTB VIGILANTE 26X2.35 AM TCS.

So do I need to order rim tape and strips or can i just use the sealant?
How much sealant do you guys recommend per tire?

Just sealant, 60ml per tyre usually works well.

    Oh, you need valves too.

its pretty simple to set up a tyre tubeless with UST rims just fit valve then wheel, remove valve core and pour in sealant. You should have got instructions with your bike for the UST wheels I would have thought.

my WTB TCS vulpine tyres have got no sealant in them and they only loose a small amount of air overnight (sealant would solve this but its currently at the local PO). piss easy to seat on the rim with a track pump.

amount of sealant depends on the tyre - generally speaking below 2.1 30ml above 2.1 60ml

Cheers guys I thought I was right just ordering valves and sealant. Just got a bit confused after watching some videos.
