Cold numb belly/abdomen on a ride and after ??

I've notice this a few times that I have a numb belly/abdomen while I'm out on a ride.I wear a base layer and a jersey and a jacket on the cold days but I still remeber this happening in the summer. my bibs and tights and other bits all fit me well none of its tight ... Is it due to my position being wrong ie to hunched over?
When i die I just hope the wife doesn't sell my stuff for what I told her I paid for it other wise someone will be getting a mega deal!!!
