Rear wheel compatibility

My bike (Norco Sasquatch 2005) has a QR rear wheel at the moment, has seen a set of wheels with a 12mm rear axle - can I use this on my bike or do I need to stick with QR?

    Unlikely.

    More info needed such as O.L.D. of the 12mm axeled hub.
