Frame number

Where will I find the frame number on my CAAD 10. Having some warrantee issues!

    Followed a post on here about forks fading and not matching frame.
    Have spoken to Cannondale and LBS. They wanted frame number. Not got hopes up as they say it is out of 12 month warrantee and caused by paint ageing differently on carbon than aluminium! They are speaking to the factory in Taiwan.
    Love the bike but bit disappointed about the white paint!
    Will wait and see.
