A guy local to me is looking to sell a set of these wheels, says they are brand new unused.

he's looking for £400 for them, my problem is, I don't have a clue about them and can't seem to find out much about them, he said they retailed at £700ish, can anyone throw any light on these please ??

Ritchey wheels don't have a fantastic rep - often underbuilt and spares e.g. spokes can be tricky. More often sold on new bikes rather than aftermarket, so 'retail' price is a misnomer - google search doesn't throw-up any being sold online either. Depends a lot on you as a rider and what you plan to use them for.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    Googled :
few things came up, sometimes seem named as Ltd, not Limited

Are they WCS Limited or just Limited ? Seen some mentions of a WCS version, not sure if/what the difference is.
