Has anyone got any good tips or quick fixes to sort out my seized cartridge bearings, they are on on a superstars switch evo hub.

New ones ideally.
Overnight soak in engine oil or similar0 -
Replace them - they cost peanuts, and if you remove them to soak them then you'll only have to remove them again afterwards to do the job properly. If they're seized, they're knackered.0

Do you really mean seized (wheel will not turn at all) or grumbling/stiff?
As said, it is silly with cartridge bearings to do anything but just replace them, it costs less than £10 and you'll only be delaying the inevitable.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
