Has anyone got any good tips or quick fixes to sort out my seized cartridge bearings, they are on on a superstars switch evo hub.

Thanks

    New ones ideally.

Overnight soak in engine oil or similar

Replace them - they cost peanuts, and if you remove them to soak them then you'll only have to remove them again afterwards to do the job properly. If they're seized, they're knackered.

Do you really mean seized (wheel will not turn at all) or grumbling/stiff?

As said, it is silly with cartridge bearings to do anything but just replace them, it costs less than £10 and you'll only be delaying the inevitable.
