Which of these Fuji is the better deal / would you go for?

Whilst still waiting for my C2W voucher, I popped back into Evans just to browse the sale stuff. As always the customer service was great.
They seem pretty knowledgeable about their stuff and will let me try before I buy, which seems to be the most common piece of advice here. So, whilst the deals on places like Dolan and Ribble are great, I have no idea what I am doing when setting up a bike (saddle height, bars etc) and really think that the benefit of having local store support will be better for me, even if I get a bit less of a spec for the money (or have to pay a bit more). So, I think Im going to go for a store bought shop and either take the hit on spec or pay a bit more.
Anyway, having looked at the options, their are three Fuji's that I really like the look of, all within my price range.

Altamire 2.5

Although the Altamira is more aggressive set up, it still felt very comfortable so I think all frames will fit well. Its also got the biggest reduction and the lightest frame (although only about half a kilo).
The 2.3 is a great price. I really like the look of the 2.5 but is the extra £240 worth it for 105 groupset and for what I think are better wheels??
Anyway, these are my current thoughts, would love to hear what people think. Im going to arrange to try two on Saturday this week. Should have my voucher next Monday.
