Best Navigation App?

Hi all

Instead of buying an expensive navigation device, does anybody have any favourite iPhone apps they use?

Any that you can upload loop etc.

I've googled it, but thought I would ask the experts

    Viewranger. It's free, can use free mapping, and it works. It can also use full OS mapping if you want to pay for that kind of map.
    How would I write my own epitaph? With a crayon - I'm not allowed anything I can sharpen to a sustainable point.
