Drunk driver, this beggars belief
A brazilian driver was caught on camera in the Eastern town of Pinhais with what looked like a dummy on the bonnet of his car. However on closer inspection onlookers realised it was a human being.Turns out that driver 58 year old Jose Simioni had got behind the wheel of his car while drunk and did not realise that he had hit 31 year old cyclist Marco Dlovski who was on his way home from work.
Fellow motorists managed to block the driver in and bring the car to a standstill and police came to arrest him.It turns out that the driver had hit the cyclists 6Kms further up the road and had driven all that distance without noticing him on the bonnet.
