Recommend 52/36 chainrings

I'm after some advice. I currently have a compact Chainset (10 speed Tiagra 130bcd) and looking to go semi-compact.
Can anyone recommend some good chainrings that won't break the bank.

    FSA SL-K are reasonably priced

    its a 110 BCD, if its a compact

    I ve used TA chainrings for a youth racing set up on a tiagra chainset, from spa cycles, no issues and they ve shifting pins so change fine.

    all decent chain rings tend to be expensive
