Newbie - Advice Wanted

Evening all,
I am new to cycling, I brought myself a Giant Defy1 last summer & fell in love. The bike is on a turbo at the minute so I thought it would be the perfect time to upgrade. I have already done a few charity rides & taking the next step to Triathlons (sprint, for the time being). I have upgraded my bars, stem & added tri bars (3T Team). Wheels are my next step.
Can anyone give me some advice/which to get. I am after carbon with an alloy rim, 50mm depth. I have 4 options so far?
1. Shimano RS80 C50
2. Fast Forward F6R
3. Pro-Lite Merano CA50
4. Campagnolo Bullet 50mm
Any advice would be great. If anyone rides any of them or know a different wheel
Chris

Hi
I don't own any of those specific wheels but I do own some pro lite gavia wheels and they have been great so +1 for pro lite
Only other wheel set that fits your criteria I can think of are Mavic cosmic carbones0 -
