Hey guys,

I want to run a training wheel on a turbo trainer, I have a Dura Ace 7900 10x cassette and want to avoid having to fork out on a similar cassette just for the trainer, is it possible to run a 105 or something?

ps I was once advised a SRAM Red would work on a Dura Ace set up only to break a spoke whilst going up hill on my super strong DT Swiss 1850.....

Good winter to all.

Yes any shimano (or SRAM) 10x cassette will work just fine.

But (rightly or wrongly) the only reason the otherwise superb DT1850 broke a spoke was because I lined it up the Dura ace set up surely?
