just been tinkering around in the kitchen with an energy bar recipe, so thought i would video it and upload for everyone to have a go at

You heated the honey but didn't say when it's added, I take it just after the heating?

My bad - the honey is added to the solid mix while its warm, and when you stick it in the fridge it will harden and glue it all together

Tried one on a ride today, got me through a tough bit

Doesn't your body heat melt the chocolate?

I had it wrapped in tinfoil and in my rain jersey pocket, 2 hours in it was ok (but it was 3 degrees out today!)
