I think there may have been an issue with the group that was 'running' the clothing line. When Campag pulled out, they wanted to carry on but were refused any rights to carry on using the CSW name.0

Yep. That's right. I wonder if Campag concluded that the clothing wasn't great and just wasted to disassociate itself with it full stop.
FWIW, I once had some of their Raytech shorts. Thought that they were excellent. My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

I also had a pair of Raytech shorts... thought they were dreadful... and they lasted one season... the similarly priced Pearl Izumi lasted 4. I currently have a pair of their bibs which I got 50% off on Planet X... half winter and they're on their way... they will finish the season, not sure they will start another one. The Campagnolo logo started to peel off after the first wash, but that's probably intentional...left the forum March 20230 -

Good stuff lasts with me... my DHB merino base layers are 4 years old... one of them even survived moth attacks with only minor drillings...
My Assos 851 jacket is going for 5 years with no sign of wanting to give up just yet. Campagnolo garments are disposable, just like stuff I got cheap from Aldi years ago, with zips giving up within the first two weeks. Not sure why I fell for it again last autumn... stupidlyleft the forum March 20230 -

I've just worn a small hole in a DHB merino after 3 years. Pretty good going overall.
I don't think bobbling aside I've ever so much as pulled a seam on Assos. My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)
