Cervelo R3 2013 Vs Canyon Utimate CF sl 7.0

Hello all,
Only been riding since September when i bought myself a Felt z95, really gotten into it and looking to get myself a nicer bike for the summer.
Have it narrowed down to the above 2 bikes and they are pretty much the same price (€1,600), both equipped with shimano 105. Its a lotta of money for me to be spending on a bike so am seeking advice off anyone who has experience with these bikes/frames.
Slightly worried about not being able to test the canyon and also heard that if something were to happen to the fork, canyon don't sell the fork separately and because its an odd size i couldn't get it replaced.
For my budget i could get a bike with ultegra, but i'm better off getting a better frame, right? And can upgrade over time.
