Italian threaded Shell - BB386 Cranks ???????

Hi all,

I want to use a set of FSA cranks in a frame that is Italian threaded.

I've found these from Planet X for a BSA frame, does anyone know of something similar for Italian???

    BB386 is a proprietary FSA design but even they don't list an ITA threaded adaptor
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    That's what I'm struggling with. I hate all the varying "standards"

    A standard should mean one. And don't get me started on headsets!!!!
