Which chain ring?

Just back from a night ride and managed to plough into a large rock.... Looks to have bent the outer chain ring (the large on). I assume it would be next to impossible to bend this back? Would it be just a matter of replacing the outer ring? And if so, what part of the code reflects the size - is it 44T? The wee ring is grand - the middle I think is okay but hard to know as the large ring is bent towards it if that makes sense?

Code is 44T 9SPD 104 BCD Truvativ

So am thinking:

Try bending it, use an adjustable spanner and flex bit by bit

Try bending it back if you want, if it doesn't work you need a 44t (tooth) chainring with a 104bcd (bolt circle diameter)... The other thing you need to take into account is the number of bolts on the chainring, should be 4 or 5.

44T (Teeth) is the size. you could replace with 44 or 42 depending on preference.
9sp (speed) refers to the thikness of the tooth profile (in this case made to run with a 9speed chain and cassette) - you could also use a 10sp replacment if needs be - it's slightly thinner but will work fine with a 9sp chain.
104BCD as stated above is the bolt-circle-diamter in mm and is fairly standard for outer and middle rings made by Shimano and Truvativ(SRAM) who are the main manufacturers.

Assuming yours uses 4 bolts (most do) then this would be a replacement in all essential ways:
