In need of a new turbo

though i get out my old turbo, to get fit for this year whilst the rain passes, after a few days of use it just melted, being such a basic one.
I had a few sessions on it this year and its ideal as i have it set up in an out building as it is so loud.
i now need to get a new one unexpectedly, so what should i get, it gets used every day and thats about it. want to spend as little as possible!!
so far i have found this http://www.decathlon.co.uk/inride-bike- ... 91570.html
they do claim that it is silent

this is what i had, incredibly noisy in use, yes i can vouch for that
any suggestions??

I got one of these 3/4 years ago and its been great

They are around new as well but this one turned up when I searcher to check just now.. If you shop around I think they can still be got new for £110-30. They are basic but the resistance levels work and they are not too loud - not a lot to compare it to but as far as I can see they are on a par with other magnetic turbos at this price range or a bit better.

being a Tacx im sure its amazing, the only thing pulling me in to decathlon is the 2 year guarantee, so if i do out ride it it isn't an issue.0

If you value the warranty (something I personally look for) then CycleOps might be worth looking at as they offer a lifetime warranty on their rollers and trainers: http://www.cycleops.com/en/warranty-information.html
I don't own one (looking at getting something in the near future) but I have read good things from people who have had problems and they have be resolved quickly and easily.
I'm sure there are some people that don't like their offerings or who have had horror stories but it might be worth considering.0
