Cheshire Cat gpx file thingy?

I've just recently entered the Cheshire 75mile sportive and was wondering if I could get a gpx from somewhere for my garmin 810 as I've not much experience riding over that way! Any help would be much appreciated.

Search on mapmyride or ridewithgps, they are on both of those
