Avenue Verte

Hi there,can anybody out there give me some advice on how long it takes to complete the Dieppe to Paris Avenue Verte.I will be attempting the ride in august with my better half and my 11&12 year old daughters.We will be staying in BBs and I was wondering if I should book the first one then do the rest on the go.

    I've been browsing exactly the same thing this morning, loads of info on London-Paris (not all avenue verte) here http://www.donaldhirsch.com/dieppeparis.html and at the bottom there are links to other blogs etc. including one with a family with kids similar ages.

    I have purchased a book Avenue Verte priced at £12.99.It has maps and tons of information about the route.The problem is that it has to much information.There are far to many places to see and stay at.I think that I may book the first place to stay then play it by ear.
