shimano front mech cable bolt, where to buy?

the bolt holding the cable to my front mech has sheered off, does anyone know where i can order a new one? thank you

    AFAIK these guys stock all bolts possible and will sell you one at a time - http://www.westfieldfasteners.co.uk/ but maybe a local lbs could give you one from an old/broken mech so you get it quicker?

    As mentioned above try your LBS. Most may be able to help get an exact replacement with no waiting and no shipping costs.

    Occurs to me it will be standard short bolt so you could probably get a workable replacement from any hardware shop if not an exact replacement. Never checked but bet its a M5.

    cheers i will look into the m5 bolt. i may inshore term take the bolt off another bike i have to get me through for now, and pop into bike shop when i get chance. this all started with it not wanting to shift properly, the mech seemed to have ceased up so cleaned and sprayed etc but then this happened, so may end up taking it in for someone with more sense then me to look at anyway
