Trek Madone internal cabling rubber grommet

Hopefully someone can help - Tonight I was recabling my 2010 trek madone 4.5 and the rubber grommet where the front mech cable comes out of the internally routed hole fell back into the frame and I cannot get it out 
Does anyone know where you get purchase these or has hit the same issue and has a workaround. I now have a nice hole and the cable is in danger of rubbing on the carbon.

I have a Di compatible frame that came without these grommets. So I have been asking the same question. My local bike shop says they are inexpensive Shimano parts and easily available as a spares pack. I cannot confirm as I have not got round to doing anything about it yet, but worth asking your LBS.
