Still in pain, hence being up early to do some reporting before I take some more drugs and bugger up clear thinking!

Today should be work but will be a mix of working from home/sleep/baths and taking drugs - I assume that's what students do

Except for the working from home bit, you've nailed it!

    Morning Losers!

CBA with work today. My mind didn't want to go to sleep last night, so I was still awake at 1am. This leaves a tired Mule.
First day of commuting by car in 'normal' traffic conditions, so we'll see if my timings are completely wrong.
Think I'll make a homemade curry later :D

    Morning homos.

First day back at work in over two weeks, really CBA

Torrential rain has stopped but think the roads could still be entertaining!

More bits for the BFe should arrive today and tomorrow from CRC and I need to pop out at lunch to the bike shop for a couple of other bits so not all bad today

    Morning,

Missus wanted me take her to a football match so went to Forest vs West Ham yesterday. Fun day out, plenty of goals, but did feel a bit sorry for West Ham as was mostly their U21s and they got a fair bit of abuse.

Today I am on holiday so will mostly be sat in my pants with the heating on, playing fifa and applying for a job at my local Halfords. Assistant manager in charge of the cycling side of the business, sounds interesting enough. Terrifyingly big pay cut, but considering I did 196 hours over 15 consecutive days in December, money definitely isn't so important!

    Morning bumders

After 4 weeks of dossing I have a week of mehness in uni before another week off. Thankfully it's nothing too serious, mostly just a recap of the past couple of years to prepare us for working in the hospitals. This pleases me as I've got a book I fancy finishing today. Also hockey match later, yay!!!

  • Ferked today after a full long weekend doing a house up.

Really ferked, the first thing I thought about this morning after getting out of bed was how good its going to be getting back into it.

I should go for a run though.

    Afternoon interwebists!

Today shall be full of uni meh, lots of work to do, but thankfully due to the apocalyptic weather we're experiencing on the welshland coast we've been given an extra week to do them, little consolation for the poor folks who have houses and businesses damaged, never seen weather like it!!

Interlink should be picking up my fork and shock today so Mojo can service them, ready for next week when I go back home and rebuild the HD. I'm gonna try and ride the Cotic for the majority of this spring, the HD is likely to be flogged later in the year so after it's been fully rebuild I want to keep in as best condition as possible :) Actually looking forward to blasting round on the Cotic, been a long time since I've ridden a hardtail anywhere other than back home, should make things a bit more interesting :D

Anyways, I'm bored of uni work and in need of foodstuffs.

Eurgh. Wheels I ordered last week are apparently out of stock for 2-3 weeks.

No sign of my Wiggle headset delivery yet either, they checked with Royal Mail who are still saying it was delivered at 10.30 on Saturday morning, although they admit the ***** down at the depot often scan them as delivered when they load them onto the van to go out so it's possible they've either misdelivered it or nicked it. Either way, got to wait 10 days to see if it turns up before Wiggle can make a claim and send another out. Good job I'm not in any hurry for it.

    Afternoon gents.

Up and in uni for 8am, to finish off and hand in two pieces of coursework. Currently sacking the afternoon off as a result - deciding between headsets is about the hardest thing I'll be doing from now until late night gym session...

    Evening Mongs!

Day of win at work, spending 2 days last week semi loafing and sorting stuff out meant I could quietly sit back and watch the other Ops Managers panic like a bunch of women at the Next Christmas sale.

Just watched the 7.39, it seemed to be an advert by the rail companies to make train travel sexy, which is far from the truth when you've got some piss soaked, Stella drinking commuter sat next to you. Also disappointed in the fact that Sheridan failed to improve the programme by deploying her fun bags.

And after giving up the drink last year, stopping caffeine this year seems slightly harder, weird dreams and tiredness, an hour on the turbo earlier seems to have almost done me in.

Man, I feel you, been caffeine cycling recently after a 4 week abstinence from coffee. I was twitching for the first two days, barely slept more than 3 hours a night for a week and couldn't think straight for two!

    Best of luck!
