Changing handlebars

Hi guys

I've just got a new Giant tcr1 and got some new 3T bars to put on. I'm a bit rubbish at any bike maintenance and wondered how to I swop over the shifters? They're Ultegra. Anyone got a video link, I can't find one on YouTube.

Pull back the rubber hoods and you'll see a bolt

Since you'll be replacing the bar tape you can start by slicing the old tape off. Then it should all become clear...
