Mountain bike fitting

Hi everyone,
OK, have had my Giant Trance x4 for three years now. However, never got that comfy on it, and my attempt to improve things with a shorter stem and a wider bar have actually made things worse. Could do with a proper fitting service to nip this one in the bud. Does anyone have any decent recommendations? I live in London, but am prepared to travel to get this one sorted!
Thanks,
Colin

Bike fitting is more of a roadie thing. Just post a few pics of you on the bike leaning up against a wall for some initial advice.0
