Hi all
Ok this is a bit random and mods pls move or let me know if this is in the wrong place...
Ive been trying to recall the name and make of a bike from my childhood. Just for nostalgia, its been driving me mad as cant find anything on the internet etc no matter how hard I try! I have a vague recolection of seeing a few around back in the day and would to find a picture of one again...
Would have been around 1987 - 1989 I think, the bike was a 20" or 24" kids BMX / Early mountain bike type crossover.
They had black frames I think with loud and lairy paint splatters effect or maybe lines on them, and the 'disc' wheels that were the rage back then :-) For some reason the name 'Ninja' sounds familiar, but alas nothing turned up on the interweb!
Some may have been purple as well, but I recently saw a early raleigh kids MTB that was purple with disc wheels and the style of the bikes I recall were very simalr. Also a 'Raliegh Extreme' 20" which was green, again very similar but the bike Im searching for but it deffo wasnt a Raleigh.
I remember thinking they were the dogs danglies and now I have my own lad who has just turned 9 I would love to find one and do it up for him ! OK that last bit may just be a bit of an excuse for buying one ;-)
Hoping somebody out there may know what Im on about !!!

Was it? Was it really? Reeeeaaaally?
I'll give you a minute to change your answer.
After a few moments googling I found the bike you're talking about. I've even found a picture I can post.
But I'm a total c**t, so I won't.
'Last resort' my arris! How would I write my own epitaph? With a crayon - I'm not allowed anything I can sharpen to a sustainable point.
