Could you put a 10-speed casette on a Shimano 6800 11-speed wheel if you wanted to?

    yes

    use the spacer supplied with the wheels

    if cassette is 10-speed non-tiagra shimano, also use the cassette spacer
    my bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny
