    Thank you. :D
  • Hi,

I was trying to log in to the Bike Radar forums via my phone but couldn't get any web page to appear when going to the login hyperlink. My PC is logged in but if I go to the User Control Panel, I just get a blank page (ie nothing). I've tried this on Google Chrome, Firefox and IE - all the same. Hope it is a quick fix!

Well I can't see any of the user control panel but its hardly the end of the world is it, like the mods have said I'm sure it's all in hand

It is when people you intend to purchase items from, only have pm's to communicate with. :D

As has been said before surely you are obtaining other means to communicate with sellers prior to handing your hard earned cash over!

To be fair, it does seem to be the same situation whenever something like this happens. I.e. It takes days to resolve these simple issues.

People really should read this before paying for anything, first line says: -
Before paying for anything via PayPal gift or Bank transfer make sure that you have the sellers address, telephone number and email address

I know it is not always possible and you take a gamble, but it would go some way to help if the PM system goes down like it did a few months ago and today.

Err yes and what do you think we can do about it?

It is unlikely that anything will be done till next week or if you are lucky maybe the end of this week when people are back from their holidays.

The mods aren't the techy ones on here, what do you expect them to do, it's like when your car breaks down and you take it to the dealer and expect the salesman to repair it because the mechanics at lunch

I've had my advert removed from the road parts for sale forum twice.

I've been sent a pm each time, but as I cant read it I don't know what's wrong.

As far as I can see the ad is fine, so I'll just post it up again.

Read the rules... did you post a real photo and not one taken from the web? Did you make clear the price of the item? Are you sure the item is not for sale on Ebay? These are the most common reasons for an advert to be removed.

Most importantly read the classified rules

When will PM's and UCP be back up and running folks?

I have an EPO delivery to make and the recipient doesn't know the drop point yet.
