Hay guys I have just got a new pair of rockshox pike rtc3 solo air forks for my hardtail build and was planning on sharing wheels from my other bike untill I can afford another set only problem is the front rotor size on my other bike is 203mm and the pikes are maximum of 200mm, has anyone tried running 203mm on their pikes or should I just switch to 200mm on both bikes as I can't imagine its gonna make much difference!?
Other question is I'm running hope brakes on both and if I was gonna go with the 200mm rotor I would need a mount to suit but hope don't seem to make one that I can see!?
Cheers

its funny that that the max size avid do is 200mm
203 will fit anyway but obviously if they broke you'd be fucked warranty wise0 -
203mm will be fine0

Am I mistaken or do 200mm rotors not exist? I thought 203mm rotors are the next step up from 180mm... And I don't see why a hard hitting fork like the pike would not be compatible with a not unusual rotor size... Maybe they mean 203mm max... Correct me if I'm wrong...0
