7 to 8 speed

Hi all,
I'm going to swap out an old 130mm axle with 7speed to 135mm axle and eight speed.
Question is will I need to re dish the wheel of will I get away with it?

Will it fit in the frame?

yea it'll fit in. the frame is cad3 cannondale and measures 135mm drop out to drop out.

What hub is it? Freehub or screw on type?

Not many 8 speed screw on blocks about. If you space the new axle 2.5mm either side, assuming the new block doesn't overlap the locknut, then no need to redish.
