I recently bought my nephew a clapped out Krave Banned MTB for next to nothing. I've replaced just about every moving part with exception of the forks. (Its got upsidedown forks with a phat wheel axle) It rides lovely now except the forks are very stiff indeed. They just do nothing when my nephew is riding it and even with my fat arse on the bike they barely move. Is there some why of slackening them off ( I haven't touched anything on them as of yet, thought I'd ask first!) or can I buy lighter sprung replacement tubes?
Cheers
Jim

Tbh the fork is a poor and not worth spending any money on it.

If you wish to spend more money change the fork.
